Official POV-Ray Newsgroups

The main POV-Ray development and discussion groups are the news.povray.org newsgroups. There is for example a group to discuss Mac issues, povray.macintosh, as well as groups for new users, advanced users, reporting bugs, showing/viewing the work of others and much more. A list of all newsgroups is available together with a description of each group.

Note: The POV-Ray news server is not connected to USENET so it is spam free!

Other Ray-Tracing Newsgroups

There is also a usenet newsgroup, comp.graphics.rendering.raytracing, which is pretty much dominated by POV-Ray users, though mostly non-Mac.
